In his illustrious career, he has immensely contributed towards mainstreaming of talent management practices in organisations, and transforming HR functions towards more talent-centric models.
In his current role as CEO at iTMA, Chris leads a global team of passionate talent analysts whose mission is to ‘Develop Global Talent Management Professionals’ whilst also professionalising talent management in organisations. Chris is Technical Lead for the Talent Management Best Practices™ Standard (TMBP™), as well as Technical Lead on the first ever global Talent Management Proficiency Model™ (TMPM™). Chris has authored the Talent Delivery Value Chain (TDVC) Framework, which is now widely used for auditing and strengthening talent management processes across the talent journey maps in organisations. He is also the Technical and Consulting Lead for AXIS Talent Mapping, a web-enabled application for profiling talent and/or high potential. Chris has developed several other usable Tools and Frameworks that are deployed in talent management within the global space
