Bonface has also consulted for several companies across Africa spanning telecommunications, broadcasting, manufacturing, services and resources companies. At Allaboard, Bonface is responsible for corporate financial strategy including financial planning, investment, capital raising and business model alignment.
Bonface is a recipient of the prestigious Millennium Stars Award by Deloitte &Touché (1999). In 2002, he saved Celtel Malawi LTD over $10million in duty exemptions over 4 years through tax restructuring. In 2003 as Project Manager at Celtel, he successfully implememend the Active Retail model which was rolled out into 15 other operations across Africa. In 2004, Bonface successful piloted and implemented IPOS procurement system at Celtel, which was rolled out in 15 countries in Africa. He turned around the credit risk department resulting in a 40% reduction in bad debt. In 2010, he was appointed principal for Nova Capital Global Markets for Sub-Saharan Africa.
