| 3-D Course Focus and Outline
The 3-D Mentoring Programme (3-D) was crafted to address the most topical issues in the mentoring, coaching and experiential development of High Potential (HiPO) employees in organizations. The Programme is designed to equip senior and executive managers with the skills to effectively manage mentoring relationships in ways that stimulate the speedy development of character, competences and positive attitudes in mentees and protégés. The exciting 3-D Mentoring Programme covers the following:
Upon completion, delegates complete a short online exam aimed at testing grasp and understanding of the core concepts, practices and deliverables in the field of mentoring. All delegates are required to complete the 3-D Profiler (Self-Assessment Tool) and email it back to Allaboard prior to undertaking the Course.
